Bought a tub of this to clean / care for my new Scarpa walking boots, it was easy to apply with the sponge which is inside the tub & made the boots look good when applied . The tub arrived super quick from LDMountaincentre & were selling for a good price compared to else where.

SCARPA HS12 CREAM This cream is excellent and easily the best leather treatment I have ever used. I use it liberally whenever my boots have had a good wetting and they look great after treatment. Water runs off them like the proverbial duck's back afterwards! Buy a large tub, it's more economical. I bought two tubs as I use quite a lot on several pairs of boots. Good price from LD and excellent, speedy mail order service, highly recommeneded.

Leaves the leather looking gorgeous like new and makes them more than waterproof, but hydrophobic. So good!
I was a little confused initially as this used to be in a tube and I wasn't sure it was the same product but I'm happy to report it is and its still the best on the market.
This cream is recommended by Scarpa for their leather boots and so far seems excellent. Hopefully it will keep them waterproofed and well preserved for a long time to come. The price offered by LD Mountain Centre is also very competitive and would definitely use their service again.
Great stuff and easy to apply keeping leather really supply and feet dry. Like to apply to new boots before wearing - seems to help break them in a bit better!
I smothered my new pair of Scarpa Terra II with this stuff, straight out of the box. If you're spending a lot of money on decent footwear then you may as well spend the small amount extra to make sure you're making the boots last as long as possible. Spreads on easily and without any elbow grease, gives the boots a lush well-lubricated dark protective layer. Top stuff.
This is the product recommended by Scarpa. Easy to apply, it comes with a convenient application sponge in the lid. I applied 2 coats to new Scarpa leather boots - it's too early to say as yet as the weather has been so dry, but I'm hoping that my boots will be thoroughly waterproofed, and the leather fed for long life.
