A sleeping bag liner should be a key part of every camping sleeping system, especially when under canvas in colder conditions or climates. You can easily add a degree or two of warmth by using one and of course you'll be extending the life of your bag by keeping it clean and fresh. Liners generally come in either cotton or silk and we have both options from some leading brands such as Lifeventure and Sea to Summit.
