What is your returns policy?

  • You must include your original receipt
  • The goods must be returned within 28 days from you receiving them
  • The goods must be unused, unworn and in a saleable condition
  • The goods must be returned in the original packaging with the swing tags still attached where applicable
  • Goods returned within 7 days from you receiving them will have the outward delivery postage refunded
  • Please note that the following cannot be returned unless faulty: All personal safety equipment including climbing equipment and ropes, climbing helmets and ski/ snowboard helmets; underwear; software & DVDs once the shrink-wrap is removed. This does not affect your statutory rights
  • If the above conditions are not met we may issue a credit note or return the goods to you dependent on the circumstances

What is your returns policy for faulty goods?

If you believe a product to be faulty, please return the product to our store for an initial inspection by a member of our returns team. Depending upon the product, we may require further inspection from the product manufacturer. If the product is deemed to be faulty, we will either make an exchange or refund, in addition, we will also refund any postage costs you have incurred. If you are outside mainland UK, please contact a local dealer to arrange return directly with the manufacturer.

How do I Track my order?

When your order has been processed you will receive an email containing your tracking number for either royal mail, DPD or FedEx. Follow the link in the email to the appropriate site. Next, type your tracking number for an update of your orders delivery status.

Can I return goods in-store that I have bought online?

We are more than happy to receive products back in-store for refund or exchange. Please bring your receipt and returns paper work with you within 28 days of original purchase. Please be advised we may not be able to process your return straight away and any refunds will go back to your original payment method.

How Quickly Will I Get My Order?

Next Working Day orders placed by 2pm will be delivered the following working day to Mainland UK addresses. Parts of Scotland and Northern Ireland may take an additional day. Standard Delivery items are usually delivered within five working days. A working day is considered to be Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday, for delivery from Tuesday. 

If you have ordered skis, your order may take slightly longer to allow for mounting of bindings. If you are outside mainland UK you should receive your order within 5 working days, although this can vary due to local customs clearance.

Are your sizes UK sizes?

As we are a UK based company, all quoted sizes are UK sizes. However, due to the variation in the products we sell, please refer to sizing guides, linked via each individual product.
