Hardly needed any "walking in" , comfortable from the word go

Was finding it hard to get a pair of these boots in my wife’s size, luckily found them at LDmountain Centre and at a very competitive price. They arrived pretty much at exactly the time they predicted. Simply can’t fault the service I received.

Comfortable from the moment I put them on, these boots kept my feet warm and dry. My feet are wide at the front and these fitted great. The price from LD Mountain Centre was the best available, making them very good value for money.

Great prompt service at a competitive price as usual.

I love these boots! They are tough, stylish, comfortable and ideal for both field and rock walking. This is my third purchase of these boots - why would I look elsewhere. LD provide a fantastic service, communicating at all stages of the process, culminating in on-time delivery.

About 20 years ago I had an early type of Scarpa Boots which were extremely comfortable but someone stole them from my car. Recently my current boots began to fall apart after a summer trip in the Cairngorms so I decided it was time to be re-united with an old friend and look at the current range of Scarpa boots. I chose a pair of Terra GTX as they were very similar to the old ones I had lost. After a weekend walking in the Yorkshire Dales has proved it was a good decision, very comfortable and no stress on my feet. Better make sure these don't get stolen then!

I was recommended to buy these by my brother a very keen trail countryside walker I never owned Scarpa gear before but knew that from experience cheaper boots have left me with wet cold and tired feet This has not been an experience revisited since wearing the Terra GTX and I have absolutely no regrets and I am looking forward to walking in Norway with them on this year too

My last boots had finally started to fall apart after spending September 2021 in the Cairngorms, time for a re-think! Years before I'd had an early version of the Scapa Trekka which had been brilliant but ended up being pinched. So thought, "Why not give the new style a go?" Now very pleased, a good comfortable fit, sturdy ankle support, like old friends again. Now to see how long we're going to be together again.

Had these for around 3 months now, great boot and very comfortable right from out of the box. Fully waterproof but I do treat them every week as they are used everyday

I've bought these boots for a number of years - this is my third or fourth pair. They are comfortable and supportive, not too heavy and ideal for fell walking.

Bought these as a replacement to a 10yr old pair of Scarpa Rangers. Much lighter than the Rangers but still feel robust, strong and waterproof. Laces are good quality and the soles are stiff enough for scrambling but not too stiff.

Very pleased with my Scarpa Terra GTX walking boots. The sizing is slightly different from my previous 5 year old Scarpa boots which were a straight size 45. These ones are 45.5, very slightly longer and have more height in the toe area which is good. They are very comfortable and have been used nearly every day since I purchased them, on a regular hilly walk. I like the dark colour of the leather, which polishes up well, but wonder how you look after the tongue area which looks as if it is made of suede?
