Bought these to replace my last pair from 5 years ago. This new version has more wriggle room for tired toes, and a chunkier tread which is ideal for approaches up scree or descents down steep wet grass. Quite a wide fit, haven't tried yet with thicker socks but I think they would be very accommodating. Light enough to clip to the back of a climbing harness, too. Lovely colours, nice to have women's gear which isn't pink or teal.

These are a very well made pair of shoes. As you place them they have more the feel of a mountain boot, not in size and weight, but with precise placement and edging. Their waterproofing works very well. They are also a very good looking pair of shoes.

Great looking shoe with what I found quite a shallow heel 'cup'. Ther long lacing system allows the foot to be laced at different tensions for fit. The soles are really sturdy and great traction, but I found the stiffness a little too much for daily walking. Overall if you're looking for a really sturdy great looking pair of walking shoes then these are it..
