The Adidas Terrex Women's Terrex Skychaser AX5 GTX is the women's version of the brand's waterproof hiking shoe for technical terrain. The women's Skychaser AX5 is built to move quickly in technical terrain, with a lightweight and agile design that defines the AX5 family. A waterproof, breathable GORE-TEX membrane seals out wet conditions while letting feet breathe. A LIGHTMOTION EVA midsole gives the shoe a fast and light feel while providing support and cushioning on rugged terrain - the brand's lighter, more responsive midsole foam designed for speed-hiking use. The Continental Rubber outsole offers confident traction across roots, rocks and firm ground, wet or dry. The ripstop upper with synthetic overlays handles abrasion. A gusseted tongue handles debris keep-out. An Ortholite sockliner provides long-lasting cushioning with anti-microbial protection. Around 374g per shoe (UK 5.5). 12mm midsole drop (heel 32mm / forefoot 20mm). Regular fit with lace closure. Adidas Terrex Size Chart (Women's Footwear)

Adidas use unisex sizing - the UK, EU and centimetre measurements are the same for men's and women's footwear; only the US conversion differs by gender.

Fit note: Adidas Terrex hiking shoes run true to size on the brand's Regular fit - the same trainer-derived last across the Terrex family. Most wearers find Terrex true to their everyday Adidas size. For a tighter fit, Adidas recommend sizing down; for a looser fit, sizing up. Half sizes are available.

Prices and Delivery Destinations

Prices displayed on our product pages are our UK headline prices and include UK VAT where applicable. Our selling prices may vary according to the delivery destination. This may be due to differences in VAT treatment, delivery costs and other commercial considerations. For orders to destinations outside the UK, including the Channel Islands, the applicable selling price will be calculated and displayed once the delivery destination has been entered and before the customer proceeds with payment. The price displayed at checkout is the price applicable to that destination, together with any separately stated delivery charges.

LD Mountain Centre does not accept responsibility for items being delayed through customs/ security checks or adverse weather conditions. There are no refunds on shipping costs unless LD Mountain Centre is responsible for the error. In the unfortunate event that a product is out of stock a member of our Customer Service Team will contact you.

For international orders, the couriers we use are Royal Mail, DPD and UPS.

Please be advised that for countries outside the EU, as well as the Canary Islands, there may be customs and VAT charges that the customer will be expected to pay. LD Mountain Centre are not liable for these payments.

All UK Next Working Day orders placed before 1pm (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched that day, subject to stock availability. Orders placed via UK Next Working Day on Friday Afternoon, Saturday or Sunday, will be dispatched on the next Monday. A signature/PIN code will often be required for delivery of goods with a value of more than £350 so please make sure someone is at the delivery address to receive the goods or send them to an address where someone will be available. Any required PIN Codes will be provided by DPD via text or email.

If you wish to send orders via Royal Mail instead of DPD, please contact our Customer Service team; however please note that you may be liable for any lost parcels and this service is only available within the UK.

Once your order has been dispatched from the warehouse you will receive a confirmation email to let you know it is on the way.

Returns Update:

Our team are currently processing all returns within 7-10 days of receipt.

We ask that any returned items are unused/unworn and are returned within 30 days of their purchase date in the same packaging as they arrived, and with their product tags still attached.

Please Note: We are unable to accept any returns with any clear sign of cosmetic or fragrance use. We are also unable to accept any returns on Underwear, Electronics, DVDs or items governed by PPE Law (Snowsport and Climbing Helmets, Climbing Hardware, Climbing Ropes, Ice axes or Crampons.) 

Our Online Returns System makes it easy to exchange or return any unsuitable or unwanted products. If, for any reason, you wish to return an item you have purchased from the LD Mountain Centre Website please go to the Your Account section of our website. If you already have an account, please log in. If not, please register a new account using the same email address used when placing your order. 

Once logged in to your account, select the ‘My Order History’ link and on the new page select the order you wish to return. Mark the tick box beside the item(s) you wish to return and enter the quantity being returned. Once done, click the ‘Return Item(s)’ button at the bottom right of the page.

You will be sent an email with a returns form attached. Please print and complete the form, enclose the top part of the form with your item. If you do not have access to a printer, please include a hand written note stating your name, order number, and reason for return, and the preferred outcome - whether that's a refund or exchange. Exchanges will be based on stock levels at the time of processing. In the event that we aren't able to fulfil this request, a refund will be issued.

Please ensure that any returned items are sent using an Insured and Traceable mail service as LD Mountain Centre cannot accept any responsibility for items lost whilst in transit. 

We aim to process returned orders as quickly as possible once we have received them, however, in busy periods refunds and exchanges may take up to 14 working days to process.

Upon inspection of a returned product, LD Mountain Centre will issue a refund for the cost of the product(s) to the card used for the purchase. If the full order is returned within 7 days, a refund for the initial postage fee will also be processed. Any used items will be denied a refund and returned to the customer at his/her expense.
