Product Reviews for Expedition Pack Down Hoodie

Excellent customer service and speedy delivery. Will definitely use again. Lovely jacket and great price point. Cheers

Perfect for an insulating layer under a shell jacket. Excellent quality.

My rating relates to the customer service and not the product as the wrong Fjallraven item was dispatched. However, excellent customer service, polite and efficient when I phoned and a pre paid returns label sent to me, as well as a refund processed notification. I have been making in store and online purchases from this company since the late eighties and this little error won't put me off future purchases.

LOVE This Fjallraven Expedition Jacket. Lightweight, warm and with all the zips and pockets you need. Have Aron it every day since I got it. Highly recommend!

Ordered my jacket on a Saturday night and it arrived on the Monday morning. Amazing speed and fantastic experience at every stage. The jacket itself is fantastic quality and has all the little functional things you need. Highly recommend it. Lightweight but warm. Feels nice too.
