Bought this a year ago to survive rain and cold northerlies. Also neat enough to wear in town. Is a generous fit, am wearing size 14 /40 when normally size 16. V warm across the back thanks to honeycomb fleece and use drawstring across waist to make back of coat a close warm fit. Hood has a Velcro adjusting strap so it doesn’t fall over my face. Cuffs extending from sleeves are great to keep wrists warm under gloves.

This is one of those coats that hits the right spots but is let down by the simplest of things. It feels like it'd handle winter months, seems well insulated and appears waterproof but the zip is horrendous - it works after 10 minutes solid concentration. No lie. I sent the first back as I thought it was faulty (and too large), the second came and had the same issue. It'd be nice if LD Mountain Cntre changed their refunds policy as 14 working days is too long to wait - customers money shouldn't be withheld that long. Disappointed.

Incredible quality coat! Very difficult to find a truly waterproof and insulated winter coat especially one that doesn’t cost half a grand. This coat is quite oversized , would recommend sizing down for a more fitted look. The wrist cuffs are amazing!

Bought this for my daughter who has an active outdoor job, and she is delighted with it.
