• STACK VENT TECHNOLOGY — Our Stack Vent was developed based on research showing the majority of warm air that can cause fogging comes from the goggle's center top vent. Aligning the Stack Vent in the helmet with the center vent of the goggle helps keep it clear and fog-free.
• FIDLOCK® MAGNETIC BUCKLE CLOSURE — The pinch-free one-handed Fidlock® magnetic snap helmet buckle combines the advantages of two fastening concepts in a completely new way: Strong magnets make it easy to open and close, while a secure snap functionality ensures a continuous locking force.

If you are equally comfortable dropping into big mountain lines, tight tree shots, and big features in the park, we've designed and shaped the Owen for you. Minimalist styling with nods to our Ledge helmet is married to premium innovations like our Spherical Technology (powered by Mips®) to create a helmet that is equally comfortable dropping into a big mountain line or running trees-to-groomers-to-park laps with friends. With our riders looking for clean styling, we've developed our new Thermostat Stealth adjustable venting system that still lets you control air flow, but puts the control inside to keep the aesthetics intact. Armed with our In Form 2 Fit System, the Owen lets riders quickly adjust the sizing of the helmet, while also fine-tuning vertical fit. Details like a Fidlock® magnetic buckle and breathable Ionic+® Fleece finish off the Owen for a full day of comfort rolling through the mountains. Freeride technology with a park attitude, the Owen is team-driven and locals-approved.

Prices and Delivery Destinations

Prices displayed on our product pages are our UK headline prices and include UK VAT where applicable. Our selling prices may vary according to the delivery destination. This may be due to differences in VAT treatment, delivery costs and other commercial considerations. For orders to destinations outside the UK, including the Channel Islands, the applicable selling price will be calculated and displayed once the delivery destination has been entered and before the customer proceeds with payment. The price displayed at checkout is the price applicable to that destination, together with any separately stated delivery charges.  

European Delivery:

LD Mountain Centre reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice. LD Mountain Centre does not accept responsibility for items being delayed through customs/ security checks or adverse weather conditions. There are no refunds on shipping costs unless LD Mountain Centre is responsible for the error. In the unfortunate event that a product is out of stock a member of our Customer Service Team will contact you.

For international orders, the couriers we use are Royal Mail, DPD and UPS.

Please be advised that for countries outside the EU, as well as the Canary Islands, there may be customs and VAT charges that the customer will be expected to pay. LD Mountain Centre are not liable for these payments.

All UK Next Working Day orders placed before 1pm (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched that day, subject to stock availability. Orders placed via UK Next Working Day on Friday Afternoon, Saturday or Sunday, will be dispatched on the next Monday. A signature/PIN code will often be required for delivery of goods with a value of more than £350 so please make sure someone is at the delivery address to receive the goods or send them to an address where someone will be available. Any required PIN Codes will be provided by DPD via text or email.

If you wish to send orders via Royal Mail instead of DPD, please contact our Customer Service team; however please note that you may be liable for any lost parcels and this service is only available within the UK.

All delivery days are based on standard working days from Monday - Friday.*

Once your order has been dispatched from the warehouse you will receive a confirmation email to let you know it is on the way.

Returns Update:

Our team are currently processing all returns within 7-10 days of receipt. 

Returns

We ask that any returned items are unused/unworn and are returned within 30 days of their purchase date in the same packaging as they arrived, and with their product tags still attached.

Please Note: We are unable to accept any returns with any clear sign of cosmetic or fragrance use. We are also unable to accept any returns on Underwear, Electronics, DVDs or items governed by PPE Law (Snowsport and Climbing Helmets, Climbing Hardware, Climbing Ropes, Ice axes or Crampons.) 

Our Online Returns System makes it easy to exchange or return any unsuitable or unwanted products. If, for any reason, you wish to return an item you have purchased from the LD Mountain Centre Website please go to the Your Account section of our website. If you already have an account, please log in. If not, please register a new account using the same email address used when placing your order. 

Once logged in to your account, select the ‘My Order History’ link and on the new page select the order you wish to return. Mark the tick box beside the item(s) you wish to return and enter the quantity being returned. Once done, click the ‘Return Item(s)’ button at the bottom right of the page.

You will be sent an email with a returns form attached. Please print and complete the form, enclose the top part of the form with your item. If you do not have access to a printer, please include a hand written note stating your name, order number, and reason for return, and the preferred outcome - whether that's a refund or exchange. Exchanges will be based on stock levels at the time of processing. In the event that we aren't able to fulfil this request, a refund will be issued.

Please ensure that any returned items are sent using an Insured and Traceable mail service as LD Mountain Centre cannot accept any responsibility for items lost whilst in transit. 

We aim to process returned orders as quickly as possible once we have received them, however, in busy periods refunds and exchanges may take up to 14 working days to process.

Upon inspection of a returned product, LD Mountain Centre will issue a refund for the cost of the product(s) to the card used for the purchase. If the full order is returned within 7 days, a refund for the initial postage fee will also be processed. Any used items will be denied a refund and returned to the customer at his/her expense.
