Here at LD Mountain Centre we have a great range of walking shoes but this term covers a wide variety of outdoor shoes that have many different uses. In our walking shoe department we stock everything from lightweight trail running shoes such as the fantastic Salomon Speedcross 4 through traditional walking shoes for low level walking and trekking (e.g. the Keen Targhee II) to specialist approach designed to get you to the crag and even suitable for easy climbs and scrambles like the Scarpa Zodiac. Our top brands include Scarpa and Meindl, but we also carry a selection of walking and approach shoes from Zamberlan and Five Ten 5.10. As well as their obvious use for outdoor activities these shoes also look great as an everyday casual shoe and many people buy them for this reason and because they are so comfortable and hardwearing.
