The Talon 33 is Osprey's mountain professional. The AirScape™ back panel and die-cut foam hipbelt and harness keeps your load under close control but allows ventilation to run free. The shoulder harness is length adjustable, to fit you just right. The zipped pockets on each side of the hipbelt allow quick and easy access to smaller items like phone, powerbar, GPS etc. The dual buckle lid closure with integrated top compressor beneath means unrivalled top load compression and the side compressors are designed to run either under or over the stretch powermesh side pockets. On top of the lid you will find another conveniently placed pocket, ideal for gloves, hat, map etc. On the front of the Talon 33 you also have a large powermesh pocket, which is ideal for a wet jacket or extra layer of clothing. Keeping hydrated during activity is essential and re-filling your hydration reservoir has been made easy with Osprey's design of quick access external hydration sleeve.

LD Mountain Centre reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice. LD Mountain Centre does not accept responsibility for items being delayed through customs/ security checks or adverse weather conditions. There are no refunds on shipping costs unless LD Mountain Centre is responsible for the error. In the unfortunate event that a product is out of stock a member of our Customer Service Team will contact you.

For international orders, the couriers we use are, DPD and FedEx.

Please be advised that for countries outside the EU, as well as the Canary Islands, there may be customs and VAT charges that the customer will be expected to pay. LD Mountain Centre are not liable for these payments. All orders dispatched to Russia, Hong Kong and South Korea will be dispatched via FedEx and will therefore go through more vigorous customs checks. Some other large International orders may also be dispatched via FedEx.

Returns and Exchanges

Here at LD Mountain Centre we are committed to customer satisfaction. It is for this reason that we offer a 28 day return policy. We ask that any returned items are unused/unworn and are returned within 28 days of their purchase date in the same packaging as they arrived and with their product tags still attached.

Please Note: We are unable to accept any returns on Underwear, Electronics, DVDs or items governed by PPE Law (Snowsport and Climbing Helmets, Climbing Hardware, Climbing Ropes, Iceaxes or Crampons.) 

Our Online Returns System makes it easy to exchange or return any unsuitable or unwanted products. If, for any reason, you wish to return an item you have purchased from the LD Mountain Centre Website please go to the Your Account section of our website. If you already have an account, please log in. If not, please register a new account using the same email address used when placing your order. 

Once logged in to your account, select the ‘My Order History’ link and on the new page select the order you wish to return. Mark the tick box beside the item(s) you wish to return and enter the quantity being returned. Once done, click the ‘Return Item(s)’ button at the bottom right of the page.

You will be sent an email with a returns form attached. Please print and complete the form,  enclose the top part of the form with your item. 

Please ensure that any returned items are sent using an Insured and Traceable mail service as LD Mountain Centre cannot accept any responsibility for items lost whilst in transit. 

We aim to process returned orders as quickly as possible once we have received them, however, in busy periods refunds and exchanges may take up to 7 working days to process.

Upon inspection of a returned product, LD Mountain Centre will issue a full refund to the card used for the purchase less the original delivery charge. Any used items will be denied a refund and returned to the customer at his/her expense. Warranty items are subject to inspection and only eligible for repair, replacement or disposal.

 

Warranty

All products purchased from LD Mountain Centre carry the full manufacturer warranty unless sold as a ''no warranty'' item. Special circumstance: in the event the manufacturer is no longer in business, LD Mountain Centre will review your warranty claim and at our discretion help to provide an equitable solution. All warranty claims may only be made by the purchaser on record. Please email our customer service team using this form regarding any warranty questions.
