With roots firmly grounded in the outdoors, the Arcane Large Day backpack boasts 100% recycled, durable fabrics and long-lasting metal componentry. Arcane Large Day is a stylish, fully equipped pack that is designed for an active-everyday lifestyle. This series marks the latest milestone in our sustainability journey. For Arcane we have moved towards C0, PFC free DWR coating. The fabrics used throughout the Arcane are 100% recycled and durable enough to stand the test of time yet still provide a stylish minimalist aesthetic. Tough metal componentry completes the durable design ensuring longevity and woven patch stitched to the front panel provides a unique, eye-catching finish. An internal padded laptop sleeve, internal organisation pockets and 20 litres of space ensure that you're more than equipped to carry everything you need for the day ahead. Externally, the outer zip opens to the full length of the pack on one side, allowing you easy access to your belongings. A scratch free, external horizontal pocket means that essentials are also to hand at all times. This is a pack that has been forged in the wild but tailored to an everyday, active lifestyle. This season we have launched the limited edition, Arcane Large Day in Hemp, which is made with a 100% sustainable hemp and recycled polyester blend.

European Delivery:

For customers ordering in the European Union, import duty/tax is included within the purchase price at the checkout on our website. You will NOT be charged an import duty/tax upon receipt of delivery.

LD Mountain Centre reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice. LD Mountain Centre does not accept responsibility for items being delayed through customs/ security checks or adverse weather conditions. There are no refunds on shipping costs unless LD Mountain Centre is responsible for the error. In the unfortunate event that a product is out of stock a member of our Customer Service Team will contact you.

For international orders, the couriers we use are, DPD and FedEx.

Please be advised that for countries outside the EU, as well as the Canary Islands, there may be customs and VAT charges that the customer will be expected to pay. LD Mountain Centre are not liable for these payments. Some other large International orders may also be dispatched via FedEx.

All UK Next Working Day or 48 Hours (2 working days) orders placed before 1pm (Monday-Thursday) will be dispatched that day, subject to stock availability. Orders placed via UK Next Working Day on Friday or Saturday will be delivered on the next working day. Orders made after these times will be dispatched the following day. A signature will be required for Next Working Day and 48 Hours (2 working days) delivery goods so please make sure someone is at the delivery address to sign for the goods or send them to an address where someone will be available.

If you wish to send orders via Royal Mail instead of DPD, please contact our Customer Service team; however please note that you may be liable for any lost parcels and this service is only available within the UK.

All delivery days are based on standard working days from Monday - Friday.*

Once your order has been dispatched from the warehouse you will receive a confirmation email to let you know it is on the way.

Returns Update:

Due to a high volume of returns, our return processing is currently taking 7-14 days. Our team are working extended hours to get through this as quickly as possible, we ask you to be patient during this busy time.

Returns

We ask that any returned items are unused/unworn and are returned within 28 days of their purchase date in the same packaging as they arrived, and with their product tags still attached. Please note, we do not offer an exchange service. If you wish to receive a different size, a new order will need to be placed via our website, and the unwanted item returned to us as they arrived, and with their product tags still attached. 

Please Note: We are unable to accept any returns with any clear sign of cosmetic or fragrance use. We are also unable to accept any returns on Underwear, Electronics, DVDs or items governed by PPE Law (Snowsport and Climbing Helmets, Climbing Hardware, Climbing Ropes, Iceaxes or Crampons.) 

Our Online Returns System makes it easy to exchange or return any unsuitable or unwanted products. If, for any reason, you wish to return an item you have purchased from the LD Mountain Centre Website please go to the Your Account section of our website. If you already have an account, please log in. If not, please register a new account using the same email address used when placing your order. 

Once logged in to your account, select the ‘My Order History’ link and on the new page select the order you wish to return. Mark the tick box beside the item(s) you wish to return and enter the quantity being returned. Once done, click the ‘Return Item(s)’ button at the bottom right of the page.

You will be sent an email with a returns form attached. Please print and complete the form,  enclose the top part of the form with your item. 

Please ensure that any returned items are sent using an Insured and Traceable mail service as LD Mountain Centre cannot accept any responsibility for items lost whilst in transit. 

We aim to process returned orders as quickly as possible once we have received them, however, in busy periods refunds and exchanges may take up to 7 working days to process.

Upon inspection of a returned product, LD Mountain Centre will issue a full refund to the card used for the purchase less the original delivery charge. Any used items will be denied a refund and returned to the customer at his/her expense. Warranty items are subject to inspection and only eligible for repair, replacement or disposal.
