The Rambler® 18 oz. Bottle (532ml) is a necessary addition to your morning hikes, kayak trips, and daily commutes. This tough bottle is double-wall vacuum insulated to keep your water cold until the last sip, dishwasher safe for easy cleaning, and comes standard with the Chug Cap. Amidst the disruption of COVID-19, our fantastic warehouse team are safely dispatching your web orders and handling customer service enquiries. To help prevent the spread of the virus and keep our staff as safe as possible, we have reduced our customer service hours to 11:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday.
From the 9th March/2020, any returning orders must first be authorised via email, firstname.lastname@example.org.
To do this, simply email with your reference number, product name and reason for return. Once authorisation has been received you are free to return the item to store within the 28-day policy as described below. Please ensure that any returned items are sent using an Insured and Traceable mail service as LD Mountain Centre cannot accept any responsibility for items lost whilst in transit.
In the event of a UK lockdown sanctioned by the government, whereby communities are required to self-isolate, we understand courier services may not be available in the affected areas. During this period any returns with email authorisation can be held by the customer until courier companies are back in action. Once courier operations are accessible a 14 day period will start in which products must be returned/received in store.
Please note: We ask that any returned items are unused/unworn and are returned within the same packaging as they arrived, with their product tags still attached. Any items received in-store with signs of use will be returned to the customer and will not be exchanged/refunded.
Any items returned beyond the standard policy period without authorisation will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer without exception.

Our One Hour Delivery Window (DPD Shipments only)
DPD provide our customers with a one hour delivery window so that you don't have to wait in all day for your parcel.

Orders placed via UK Next Working Day on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday). Orders made after these times will be dispatched the following day. A signature will be required for Next Working Day and 48 Hours (2 working days) delivery goods so please make sure someone is at the delivery address to sign for the goods or send them to an address where someone will be available. If you wish to send orders via Royal Mail instead of DPD, please contact our Customer Service team; however, please note that you may be liable for any lost parcels and this service is only available within the UK.
For customers ordering in the European Union, import duty/tax is included within the purchase price at the checkout on our website. You will NOT be charged an import duty/tax upon receipt of delivery.

LD Mountain Centre reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice. LD Mountain Centre does not accept responsibility for items being delayed through customs/ security checks or adverse weather conditions. There are no refunds on shipping costs unless LD Mountain Centre is responsible for the error. In the unfortunate event that a product is out of stock a member of our Customer Service Team will contact you.
For international orders, the couriers we use are, DPD and FedEx.
Please be advised that for countries outside the EU, as well as the Canary Islands, there may be customs and VAT charges that the customer will be expected to pay. LD Mountain Centre are not liable for these payments. Some other large International orders may also be dispatched via FedEx.

Our Online Returns System makes it easy to exchange or return any unsuitable or unwanted products. If, for any reason, you wish to return an item you have purchased from the LD Mountain Centre Website please go to the Your Account section of our website. If you already have an account, please log in. If not, please register a new account using the same email address used when placing your order.
Once logged in to your account, select the ‘My Order History’ link and on the new page select the order you wish to return. Mark the tick box beside the item(s) you wish to return and enter the quantity being returned. Once done, click the ‘Return Item(s)’ button at the bottom right of the page.
You will be sent an email with a returns form attached. Please print and complete the form, enclose the top part of the form with your item.

We aim to process returned orders as quickly as possible once we have received them, however, in busy periods refunds and exchanges may take up to 7 working days to process.
Upon inspection of a returned product, LD Mountain Centre will issue a full refund to the card used for the purchase less the original delivery charge. Any used items will be denied a refund and returned to the customer at his/her expense. Warranty items are subject to inspection and only eligible for repair, replacement or disposal.
