Fjällraven's durable trekking trousers for adventures in the mountains and forest. The Barents Pro Trouser is made using durable wind and water-resistant G-1000® fabric with a double layer over the rear and knees. Regular waist (mid waist) and regular fit with pre-shaped knees. Six practical pockets including a map pocket and an axe pocket and the Fjällraven Barents Pro Trouser is also  equipped with knee pad pockets. Raw-length leg endings that can be easily adapted for your own height.

Delivery Options and Prices

The carriers we use for dispatch are Royal Mail for 1st and 2nd Class deliveries, and Citylink or  DPD for Next Working Day, 48hr (2 working days). These are exclusively for UK orders.

Our One Hour Delivery Window

DPD will provide your customers with a one hour delivery window so they don't have to wait in all day for their parcels. Please note that orders must be placed before 3pm to guarantee the Next Working Day delivery.

When DPD deliver for you:

  • Your customers are given a one hour delivery window
  • They are notified of this by text or email
  • If the delivery date is not convenient, your customers can use the text or email to change it
  • All correspondence from DPD to your customers can include your brand name

For international orders, the couriers we use are, DPD and FedEx.

Please be advised that for countries outside the EU, as well as the Canary Islands, there may be customs and VAT charges that the customer will be expected to pay. LD Mountain Centre are not liable for these payments. All orders dispatched to Russia, Hong Kong and South Korea will be dispatched via FedEx and will therefore go through more vigorous customs checks. Some other large International orders may also be dispatched via FedEx.

To request alternate shipping there may be an additional charge. To request alternate shipping please email our customer service team.

All UK Next Working Day or 48 Hours (2 working days) orders placed before 2pm (Monday-Thursday) will be dispatched that day, subject to stock availability. Orders placed via UK Next Working Day on Friday will be delivered on the Monday. Orders made after these times will be dispatched the following day. A signature will be required for Next Working Day and 48 Hours (2 working days) delivery goods so please make sure someone is at the delivery address to sign for the goods or send them to an address where someone will be available.

If you wish to send orders via Royal Mail instead of DPD, please contact our Customer Service team; however please note that you may be liable for any lost parcels and this service is only available within the UK.

All delivery days are based on standard working days from Monday - Friday.*

Once your order has been dispatched from the warehouse you will receive a confirmation email to let you know it is on the way.

LD Mountain Centre reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice. LD Mountain Centre does not accept responsibility for items being delayed through customs/ security checks or adverse weather conditions. There are no refunds on shipping costs unless LD Mountain Centre is responsible for the error. In the unfortunate event a product is out of stock a member of our Customer Service Team will contact you.

Returns and Exchanges

Here at LD Mountain Centre we are committed to customer satisfaction. It is for this reason that we offer a 28 day return policy. We ask that any returned items are unused/unworn and are returned within 28 days of their purchase date in the same packaging as they arrived and with their product tags still attached.

Please Note: We are unable to accept any returns on Underwear, Electronics, DVDs or items governed by PPE Law (Snowsport and Climbing Helmets, Climbing Hardware, Climbing Ropes, Iceaxes or Crampons.) 

Our Online Returns System makes it easy to exchange or return any unsuitable or unwanted products. If, for any reason, you wish to return an item you have purchased from the LD Mountain Centre Website please go to the Your Account section of our website. For help submitting your return please see the instructions below.

If you already have an account, please log in. If not, please register a new account using the same email address used when placing your order. 

Once registered, click on the Internet Returns link to take you to our online submission form. Complete the form with details of your return or exchange and click submit. You will be sent an email with a returns form attached. Please print and complete the form, detach the postage label at the bottom and enclose the top part of the form with your item. 

Please ensure that any returned items are sent using an Insured and Traceable mail service as LD Mountain Centre cannot accept any responsibility for items lost whilst in transit. 

We aim to process returned orders as quickly as possible once we have received them, however, in busy periods refunds and exchanges may take up to 7 working days to process.

Upon inspection of a returned product, LD Mountain Centre will issue a full refund to the card used for the purchase less the original delivery charge. Any used items will be denied a refund and returned to the customer at his/her expense. Warranty items are subject to inspection and only eligible for repair, replacement or disposal.

 

Warranty

All products purchased from LD Mountain Centre carry the full manufacturer warranty unless sold as a ''no warranty'' item. Special circumstance: in the event the manufacturer is no longer in business, LD Mountain Centre will review your warranty claim and at our discretion help to provide an equitable solution. All warranty claims may only be made by the purchaser on record. Please email our customer service team using this form regarding any warranty questions.

 

OTHER UK AND INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
If you are making your return via another postal carrier, clearly mark the returned item(s) with the returns address and ensure that the 6 digit reference number is in view. Please send the item to:

Within the package include any exchange information that you require. The customer is responsible for all return delivery costs unless an item has been delivered to you either faulty or incorrectly. If you have received an item that is faulty or sent incorrectly, please contact our customer service team directly by phone or email, and we will refund the cost of any postage due.

Items should be returned via a tracked delivery service (such as Royal Mail recorded) to enable your item arrives safely at LD Mountain Centre. All exchanges will be shipped out via Royal Mail 2nd class, unless otherwise agreed with a customer service advisor. LD Mountain Centre cannot accept responsibility for items that are not returned by recorded delivery.

Please note that the following can not be returned unless faulty: all personal safety equipment including climbing equipment and ropes,climbing helmets and ski/snowboard helmets;underwear; software and DVD’s once the shrinkwrap is removed.

We do our best to get returns and exchanges processed as soon as they arrive, however, in busy periods, the action required can take a little longer. We ask that you give us between 3 -5 days to process the refund for you via the method you paid or get the exchange sent out.
